How to Use the KPK Promo Code
Right now, the only promo code that is actually tied to the Burnaby property is KPK. It is not a general discount that shaves money off any booking. Instead, it unlocks one specific stay-and-play package called the Encore Reward Sunday Night Special. That deal bundles your hotel room with dining credit and free play, and it is reserved for Encore Rewards members. Joining the program is free, you just do it at the Guest Services desk inside the casino.
Here is how the booking usually goes in practice:
- Go to burnaby.grandvillacasino.ca, then head to the Promotions section.
- Scroll until you see the Encore Reward Sunday Night Special.
- Click through to open the reservation page for that stay-and-play offer.
- When you reach the checkout screen, type KPK into the promo code field.
- Before you pay, make sure the nightly rate is showing as $199 per night.
- That Sunday Night Special rate includes a $10 dining credit per person at Personas Restaurant.
- It also includes $10 free play credit per person to use on the casino floor.
- Finish the booking, then bring your Encore Rewards card with you for check-in.
It is worth flagging one small catch before you lock anything in. Blockout dates do apply, especially around long weekends and holidays, so not every Sunday will qualify. A quick check of the promotions page and availability can save you the hassle of filling out all your details only to get blocked at the payment step.
What Is Actually in the Package
The KPK package is made up of three main pieces that you use at different points during your visit, plus the membership requirement in the background.
| Package Component | Value | Where Redeemed |
|---|---|---|
| Hotel stay rate | $199 per night | Hotel front desk |
| Dining credit | $10 per person | Personas Restaurant |
| Free play credit | $10 per person | Casino floor |
| Encore membership | Free to join | Guest Services desk |
The dining credit is tied to Personas, the on-site restaurant at the property. You use the free play portion on eligible machines or tables out on the casino floor. Both credits are per person on the booking, so if two people are staying in the room, the dining and free play amounts effectively double for that night. That detail matters when you are comparing the package price with the cost of a standard room without extras.
Blockout dates are the one thing that tends to throw people off. The team at the property updates the promotions page at burnaby.grandvillacasino.ca/promotions/ directly, so that page is the only reliable place to see which dates are currently available and which ones are closed out.
Encore Rewards and Why It Matters Here
If you do not have an active Encore Rewards membership, the KPK code will not unlock anything. The rewards program is what controls access to this Sunday Night Special and to most of the recurring promos that run at the Burnaby casino. Registration is quick and it does not cost anything.
To get your Encore card, you do the following:
- Go to Grand Villa Casino at 4331 Dominion St, Burnaby, BC V5G 1C7.
- Look for the Guest Services desk close to the main entrance area.
- Bring along valid government-issued ID.
- Fill in the enrollment form, there is no fee and no hidden catch.
- The staff will print your Encore Rewards card for you right away.
- Use the card number when you book the Sunday Night Special with the KPK promo code.
- Bring the physical card with you at check-in so they can confirm your membership.
Once you are in the system with that card, you are not limited to the KPK offer. Other promotions on the site will also be available. One example is Casino Happy Hour, which runs Thursday through Saturday from 5 PM to 8 PM and features reduced pricing on drinks and wine. That one does not require a code. You just show up during the window and order from the Happy Hour selection.
Other Promotions Running at the Property
KPK is the main code-based offer listed right now, but it is not the only promotion at Grand Villa Casino Burnaby. The same promotions page outlines a few other recurring deals that are worth keeping on your radar.
| Promotion | Schedule | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Casino Happy Hour | Thu - Sat, 5 PM - 8 PM | Discounted drinks and wine |
| Encore Reward Sunday Night Special | Subject to availability | Code KPK, $199/night + credits |
| Encore Rewards general offers | Ongoing | Varies by membership tier |
The casino side of the property stays open 24 hours a day, every day. Because of that, Casino Happy Hour is fairly easy to plan around. As long as your visit lines up with that Thursday-to-Saturday slot, you can drop by the bar area during those three hours. General Encore Rewards offers depend on your membership tier, and you will see those attached to your account or you can check them at the desk in person.
If a promotion is not in this table or you heard about something elsewhere, the official promotions page is the right place to confirm. It is maintained in-house by the Burnaby team rather than by a third-party marketing site.
